Effective date: May 28, 2026
Closer Launch ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit closer-launch.com, submit our application form, book a discovery call, or otherwise interact with us through this website. By using the site, you agree to the practices described below.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide directly
When you submit our application form, we collect:
- Full name
- Business email address
- Phone number
- The vertical you operate in (Life Insurance, MVA, or Service-Based Ad Account)
- Your monthly lead spend or daily ad budget range
- Any optional notes you choose to share about your operation
- Your consent to receive SMS and email communications about your application
When you book a discovery call through our calendar link, the scheduling provider (GoHighLevel) may also collect the calendar metadata required to confirm the meeting.
Information collected automatically
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and privacy-friendly. It records aggregated page-view counts, referrers, and approximate visitor geography (country/region) without using cookies or fingerprinting and without collecting personally identifiable information. We do not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other third-party tracking on this site at this time.
Information from third parties
We do not currently purchase, enrich, or otherwise receive personal information about you from third-party data providers.
2. How we use your information
We use the information you provide for the following purposes:
- To review your application and determine fit for a partnership
- To prepare for and conduct a discovery call with you
- To communicate with you by phone, SMS, or email about your application and any resulting partnership
- To provide and improve our services
- To comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or misuse
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.
3. SMS and email consent (TCPA)
When you submit our application form, you affirmatively consent to receive SMS messages and emails from Closer Launch related to your application. This consent is recorded along with your submission and is required to complete the form.
- SMS: Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on the stage of your application.
- Email: Every email includes an unsubscribe link in the footer. You may also email us directly to be removed from all communications.
4. Service providers we share information with
We share information with the following service providers strictly to operate our business. Each provider is bound by its own privacy and security obligations.
- GoHighLevel — our customer relationship management (CRM) platform. Stores your application, contact information, and our communication history with you.
- Cloudflare — our website hosting and content delivery network. Routes web traffic and provides DDoS protection and SSL termination.
We may also share information when legally required (in response to a subpoena, court order, or other lawful request), to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business.
5. Data retention
We retain application and contact information for as long as necessary to operate our business and pursue a potential partnership with you, typically up to 24 months after your last interaction with us, unless you request earlier deletion or we are required to retain it longer to comply with a legal obligation. Cloudflare Web Analytics data is retained per Cloudflare's standard retention policies.
6. Data security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information. The entire site is served over HTTPS. Access to our CRM is limited to Closer Launch personnel who need it to perform their jobs and is protected by individual authentication. No system is perfectly secure, but we make reasonable efforts to safeguard your data.
7. Your rights
All users
You may request to access, correct, or delete information you have submitted to us by emailing the address in the Contact section below. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

You have rights of access (Article 15), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction of processing (Article 18), data portability (Article 20), and objection (Article 21) under the General Data Protection Regulation. The lawful basis for our processing is your consent and our legitimate interest in conducting our business. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
8. Cookies and tracking
This site does not use cookies for tracking, advertising, or analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless. No third-party advertising pixels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) are loaded on this site at this time. If we add cookies or third-party tracking in the future, we will update this policy and provide appropriate notice and consent mechanisms.
